Great things usually come from lessons learned in failures. This is why people should never be afraid to try risky things. Your time is never wasted when you are pushing the envelope and building things which you honestly think will be great. I am so proud to work with a product team which has the courage to admit when something is not working so it can focus on what what does. I have never been more confident in the future of flickr.
